I had developed a habit of holding in the back of my head, that just seemed like part of my being, it was so old and so deeply ingrained on every level. Because there was so much emotional distress and holding here, I have struggled with sleep issues and general levels of functioning for the past 10 years.

Wow, it was great! Awesome! I did it!!!

There were 9 women from our group devoted to revitalization of every day life of an average man. It was a profound experience both for me and for them, - they were touched very much by it... Elena, please accept their warmth, greetings and deep gratitude for creating this method and teaching me. They've asked me to tell you that.

It worked! I was greatly surprised by the fact that I had a premonition of what they need right now. Thus I was adapting the workshop according to my present feeling of a situation. I felt being guided by some force.
I've experienced that birthing field was taking care about the process and everybody in it. What a relief :-) Now I feel being in my shoes at last!
