We have all come to understand that change is the only constant in the last few years. We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. However, we’d like to avoid that if possible.

 

Please research and check any travel restrictions and documentations from your place of origin to/from the workshop country/venue and consider securing your own private travel insurance as an additional precaution.

 

FINE PRINT:

 

We require either full payment or a non-refundable deposit of 500€ to secure your place in the workshop.

 

In the event of government mandated covid lockdowns, where it is not possible to continue with the workshop or proof of a positive covid test, all deposits and fees will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of up to 300 €.  

 

This fee is to cover our administrative costs, exchange rates of international money transfers, and other variables involved in planning. 

 

In the event of the facilitator being prevented from attending due to border restrictions or sickness, we will endeavour to continue with the event under the facilitation of another Advanced Facilitator in the Birth Into Being Method.

 

Common Sense Policy: If you are unwell/ill, we trust that you will be self-responsible and withdraw from the workshop. See our Health Policy for more info.

 

We reserve the right to refuse entry, or to ask participants to leave the workshop in the event of unacceptable behaviours.
