Please familiarise yourself with our Code of Ethics

In Birth Into Being Method workshops, we:

  • Treat everyone with kindness, regardless of their age, sex, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, socioeconomic status, or chosen life path.

  • Create a safe space for healing by keeping all of the personal information shared during the workshop confidential.

  • Respect the group dynamic by keeping it free from intoxicants (e.g. drugs, alcohol).

  • Take responsibility for our own actions, and apologize when needed.

  • Respect each other’s boundaries.

  • Refrain from forming new sexual relations in the group during the workshop.

  • Pay the balance as agreed without being asked.

  • Are mindful of personal hygiene and keep the space tidy, clean, and odourless.

  • Make ourselves at home and have fun!

  • Spiritual Democracy - At BirthIntoBeing, we do not have a hierarchy. Everyone is both a teacher and a student to everyone. We honor each other's journey and timing without a judgement, and wholeheartedly support each other according to our abilities and preferences.

  • Inner discipline - During the BIB events, we are committed to holding the safe space for participants. Our priorities at that time are shifting to selfless service. Like a midwife during birth is putting a baby above her personal discomfort, during the training, the group dynamic becomes the baby.  In case of the group lodging, we are making sure that they have a quiet, restful environment. Noises off at 10pm.
